1. Returns Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if items are:

  • Unused & in original packaging
  • With tags/labels attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

2. How to Return

  1. Request a return via your account at nzljellycat.com
  2. Print the label provided (NZ returns only)
  3. Ship items back via tracked mail

3. Refund Process

  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive your return
  • Refunds issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs non-refundable (unless faulty item)

4. Exchanges

  • Size/color exchanges subject to availability
  • Contact us first via the Help Center

5. Cancellations

  • Request before shipment: Full refund
  • After shipment: Standard return process applies

6. Faulty/Damaged Items

  • Report within 48 hours with photos

7. International Returns
