1. Returns Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if items are:
- Unused & in original packaging
- With tags/labels attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
2. How to Return
- Request a return via your account at nzljellycat.com
- Print the label provided (NZ returns only)
- Ship items back via tracked mail
3. Refund Process
- Processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive your return
- Refunds issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs non-refundable (unless faulty item)
4. Exchanges
- Size/color exchanges subject to availability
- Contact us first via the Help Center
5. Cancellations
- Request before shipment: Full refund
- After shipment: Standard return process applies
6. Faulty/Damaged Items
- Report within 48 hours with photos
- We’ll cover return shipping & expedite replacement
7. International Returns
